Terms of Service

After discussing the details of your request, we can move to Discord!
General Terms
- I have the right to decline or cancel a commission at any stage. If canceled after payment, you will receive a refund.
- I require full payment (via PayPal invoice, USD only) after you accept a final sketch from me.
- I may charge an additional fee for complex character designs and outfits (ranging from 5-10 dollars).
- You must credit me when you post/use work commissioned from me. (You can link to my website, Twitter, or Bluesky.)
- By contacting me regarding commissions, you agree to the entirety of my Terms of Service.
I accept:
- SFW Commissions
- Commissions with visual references
- Personal use commissions (setting as PFP, banner, etc)
- Human/furry/animal characters, and real people (on a case-by-case basis, since I'm not confident with this yet)
I don't accept:
- NSFW or suggestive commissions
- Text-only descriptions in place of character references
- Commercial use of my work (ex. selling on a T-shirt)
- Commissions with machines/vehicles/guns, gore, or hateful imagery
- My work being used to train AI or sold as NFTs
- AI generated images/text used as references
Edit Policy
Minor edits: Small changes like color edits, adding/editing text, etc.
Intermediate edits: Adding small elements (e.g. background items), changing proportions
Major edits: Adding large elements (e.g. another character), changing character pose
Minor and intermediate edits are free during the sketch process. Afterwards, in the line-art, coloring and shading stages, there will be a fee.
- Minor edits: 5 minor edits are free before a $5 fee for each set of 5 minor edits.
- Intermediate edits: After sketch has been approved, +$10-$20 depending on extent of changes, and whether line-art has been started or not. Not allowed after coloring stage has been started.
- Major edits: Not allowed after sketch has been approved.
Payment is required upfront for edits.
(This portion of the TOS doesn't apply if I made a mistake drawing your character, or missed an instruction given during the sketch phase!)
